Subclass 189 and Subclass 489 visa applicants and partners not nominatedby state and territory governments who were issued invitations to apply on or after 1 July 2014 and before 1 July 2015: lists the occupations, skills assessing authorities and countries, in Schedule 1.

From today (1 July) all passport applications made overseas must be personally lodged at an Embassy or Consulate.

Migration Amendment (Investor Visas) Regulation 2015 – F2015L00963: Migration Amendment (Investor Visas) Regulation 2015 amends the Migration Regulations 1994 to create a new Premium Investor stream visa, that:

Requires an investment of $15,000,000 and provides access to permanent residence after 12 months
Amends what types of investments are acceptable for the various investment visa
